Since we live in a time of tearing down statues and vacated wins, what if
Kentucky was found guilty serious NCAA violations dating back to 1995/96 and had to vacate their championship. Would SU become the defacto NCAA Champion that year as runner up?

I agree that rewriting history is pointless.
And yet it appears to be an established practice.
We know they can take away championships.
Thought it a fair topic to ponder what fills the void.

Maybe they should imprint a Scarlet Letter "A" on the Championship banner for "Academic Fraud".
