always followed him from his days as a Firebird, then Giant and then on to the then generic patsies who were then being coached by a man held dear to all Giants fans.

This is sad. He was a stud on 3 Patriots SB teams. The catch he made in SB 36 for a TD was awesome. Boomer Berman would call him Gen. Patten I remember that game against the Colts he ran, threw and caught a TD in the same game. It was awesome.
