He never forgave the Giants for trading him to Washington. You could hear it in his voice on the radio whenever they played. Washington could go 2 and whatever, but as long as those 2 were against the Giants, he'd be happy I'll always remember when the Giants played Washington in the playoff one year and the Giants totally shut down the Washington wideouts. All Washington could do was pass to Don Warren for 5 yards on 3rd and 7. After about the 4th or 5th time it happened, Huff came on and said "We're never going to beat the Giants passing to Donnie Warren!" with a cracking voice. You could almost hear his tears hitting the microphone.
