This is so sad. He and Richie Cornwall, teammates on the 1966 team, have died within a day of each other. Love seeing this picture of that team. Many of those guys were freshmen in 1962-3, the season when Manley Fieldhouse opened (and my senior year at SU). Sam Penceal, a good friend of mine from that team, tells a nice story linking them in the article.

How many have passed? I think Rick Dean and Vaughn Harper are gone.
