In one interview, Roach to be able to help other victims after they failed to get help for Davis.

In another interview, she got the name of who to call at the DAs office from the Rape Crisis Center.

So which is it? Was she volunteering for Rape Crisis when she tried to help Bobby, or was it not being able to help Bobby that led her to volunteer for rape crisis?

At this point, there seem to be so many holes in the stories of Davis, Lang, and Roach that their version of what happened feels like swiss cheese. Moving forward, it seems like a lot more concerted focus / attention is going to be centered on what the Syracuse police department and the DA's office did [or perhaps more accurately, didn't do] back in 2003.

Seems like the primary focus of the scandal is shifting off of Bernie / evidence of what he may have done onto whether or not SPD / DA office logistically screwed up 8 years ago.

I heard it was the latter. She tried to get him help, they didnt respond, so she decided to help. After a short while she got frustrated and quit.

I have to wonder how much of this info that BS&K had in their 2005 investigation...maybe that explains what took 4 months!

The funny thing is, it seems more and more apparent that no one screwed 8 years ago. They were simply being used.
