I don’t see where Konrad wants to be the next AD. He simply wants SU to make a wise decision and he’s not sure the selection committee has the background to pull it off. I watched the hour-long interview with DT. Konrad is a bright guy regardless of what some think of him. He has a deep passion.for the university. He’s hopeful Nick Carparelli gets a long look from the committee. He’s also high on Reggie Terry, although he doesn’t think he has the business background. He also brought up the Boise St. AD. But the key here, as he emphasized, is to select an AD whose forward thinking with s strategic business resume. Failure to do so will hurt Syracuse and likely lead to the athletic program being left out of the upper tier of college athletics when restructuring occurs in five years or so. We need a 5 star hire.
