It would appear that a sports journalist (I use the term with reservation) can make a career of kissing the Duke and UK fanbases collective butts, and irritating the Orange fans.

Lets see, his own "words" 5 AAC Breakout players . Howard SU; 5 impact transfers, J Gillon SU & P. Chukwu, SU; 15 impact freshmen, T. Battle SU. Seems like a lot of impact players to be rated in the bottom half. Does that mean the returning players are so "bad" to rate them so low?

Not to mention one of those returning players is projected as a top 20 draft pick.

Guy doesn't know what he's doing. Just picking randomly it seems.

Apparently we are the 18th best team in the country, and also the 9th best team in the Acc.

I know, but it seems like the standard is, rile up SU fans while feeding the narrative on UK and Duke. It is the best way to generate clicks.

While this could happen, Duke is the only team in the ACC that makes me think second is more likely our ceiling. Of course with so many freshman there will be a learning curve for Duke's players. Hopefully egos are too big and they don't live up to their potential.

Of course I really should be saying who cares about Duke cause we are LOADED.

Beating Duke at Duke this year would be sooooooo sweeeeeeetttt!!!!!

They get practically violent when the referees do not call a Duke jaded game. For me at least, beating Duke feels like beating Georgetown. I don't know why but for some reason I just hate Duke. I can't stand that our player's bench is well within spitting distance of their fans. And you know their fans are a bunch a holes with absolutely no sense of fair play or sportsmanship so I imagine they do spit on our players.

There will be no going to Duke this year. We play them at the dome. That is it.

I also hate Duke for the same reasons and one other. Growing up in Baldwinsville we had a lot of kids who would wear Duke apparel and claim to be Duke fans when they had no connection to the University. How can you like Duke or UNC when you live minutes from the Carrier Dome. It pissed me off to no end
