Can you challenge the spot in college? Didn't see a ton of replays but Moe had the first on the initial 3rd and short did he not?

Not seeing the first down line on the ESPN + stream, it was hard for me to tell whether Neal had the 1st down.

Pitt challenged one last night in our game and got the better spot for a first down. You can also challenge that someone was down even though the whistle didn't blow.
