went back to the first quarter to see where the struggle game from
1) 6 in the box, Center missed his block
2) 8 in the box , safety filled the hole.
3) 8 in the box, short gain
4) 7 in the box , Dungey held the ball and walked in for TD
5) 7 in the box, Strickland walks in for TD
6) 7 in the box, Center missed the block
7) 6 in the box, ran option for 1st down
8) 6 in the box, feels like broken play, WR ran screen look, RG runs out for screen , but we hand off and there are 2 unblocked guys. a throws is probably 5-10 yd gain.
9) 8 in the box, gain 5, but again weird blocking, everyone run blocks but RG pass blocks, still that leaves 2 guys unblocked at all

without the high view really tough to see anything but the big mistakes, but it was mostly a numbers issue, more than a blocking issue. at least for 1 quarter.

Seems C was issue
Maybe...maybe not. The missed blocks could be the result of missed pre-snap reads which are made by the HB in this system I do believe. Without being an offensive coach for this team it would be hard to tell if it was a missed read or blown block.

I dont know what quarter but I saw the center and guard make a good block opening a wide hole that was filled by a MLB & Safety who stoned the RB. The RB instead of bouncing outside, kept his course right into the 2 defenders waiting for him.

that happened a lot.. the Lbs/Safety just attacked the middle where the hole was, there was no backside contain but we never bounced it out.. maybe they told them to just hit the hole hard? maybe they dont see it? faith/belief without evidence.. lets save all the good runs for LSU?
