I also think Virginia tech tried to replicate what Pitt did against us. Which caused the Virginia tech defense to sell out for the short pass. Leaving the middle of the field wide open for LQA to find some holes.

Yep we saw some guards pulling and whatnot. Give LA a blocker to follow vs having to pick a spot

Just better execution and commitment. Maybe they saw something in VT’s scheme that could be exposed.
