Nice article. Nassib is a good kid. Hope he plays well in his last game for us (whichever bowl it is) and I'm hoping he gets drafted to play on Sundays.

Can't say as I agree with this statement, "But just because I’m a captain doesn’t mean I’m going to be a rah-rah guy. And nobody needs that really."
Ryan, it worked pretty good for Drew Brees.
Just as coaches differ in their approach to the game, Landry/Lombardi for example, it's also true with team leaders.
There is no one way to lead but there are certain ingredients that are common to successful results such as hard work and dedication.
Obviously, Ryan has worked hard and been dedicated otherwise he wouldn't be the focal point of so much national attention.
