I would say yes. I'm not sure how many teams were heavy after McCord. Keon was set to be a starter on the defending natty winner and has multiple years. Every team in the country has a spot for a secondary player with multiple years who projects to be drafted.

Both starting safeties Paige and Moore elected to return. Combine that with the secondary coach leaving to go with Harbaugh and that's probably enough that no high level player is going to stay for a 3rd year through.
