Absolutely. I graduated high school at 155 and went to play baseball in college. They put me on my first ever guided workout program and by December I was at 170. Just needed someone to show me how to go about it.

Yeah, I also gained weight Frosh year.

My program was guided by Sals Wings, pizza, and suitcase deliveries from Student’s Choice.

Haha! I didn't have enough money to eat my way to 170! But I kill Sal's wings nowadays. They have to be chargrilled, though. And as I've stated before on here, if you eat a wing with two hands, get away from me.
