Sad story about 4 star Roswell Georgia QB Robbie Roper (Update Robbie passed away this morning)

Had a very similar situation happen ro a friend 20 years ago. We hung out the night before what was supposed to be a routine surgery. He was supposed to watch the 2001 VPI game at my house the following Saturday. There were complications and he never woke up. He had been married less than a year too.

It's heartbreaking when someone goes so young.

Same here about 10 years ago. My cousins husband had shoulder surgery. Something went terribly wrong and he passed.

Such a gut wrenching story especially at such a young age. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. RIP young man.

If there truly is no brain activity, then no you can’t recover.

What a tragic story. With a little boy on the way stories like this hit even harder now. I can’t imagine what that family must be going through.
