I really like their guards, Brust, Jackson and Gasser. They're smart, reliable with the ball, have great spacing which stretches the D, above average to great shooter, and Jackson seems to have a knack for clutch shots.

Illinois should not even be getting votes to be in the top 25. They are piggybacking of the strength of their conference with a fraudulent 13-2 record.

Whether you use the eye test, review their big wins (or lack of them) and schedule, or by KP rating (#46)... they fail as a top 25 team in all measures.

They beat Missouri by 1 on a neutral court (which is nice) but this is offset by losing at Georgia Tech and basically having nothing else close to a decent win.
