Scoop 9 assists and 0 turnovers

Lots of Good Scoop today. Can't recall seeing any Bad Scoop.
 
Well he started and the team played great. Then he sat on the bench for about 10 minutes and the team probably didn't score much more than 10 points during that time ... then he comes back in and the team plays lights out. He was definitely the spark plug today. I hope he keeps it up because this team will be almost unstoppable when his game is on.

Spot on. Scoop's +/- today had to be insane.

Can we now start talking about Good Scoop, Bad Scoop and Great Scoop?
 
scoop made some great passes inside but his OOP way off tonite.

Yep, the quick 10-2 lead disappeared after he subbed out - one of the rare times when Dion wasn't Instant Offense and we stagnated.

I also loved the 2-on-4 pull-up 17-footer - such a Bad Scoop move to all the ranters when he missed against Marquette, but not a peep when he made it tonight. (For the record, I think it's a good shot; while there's no hope of an offensive rebound, guards should be able to knock down that shot as if it's a lay-up while the defense is on its heels.)

He's a good point guard for this team. Fantastic job (again) getting Christmas involved.
 
Great game by scoop, some AWESOME passes, hopefully we get good scoop for Pitt!
 
His best game all year, especially in the first part of the 2nd half.
 
20 points, 20 assists, 1 turnover in the 2 games vs Providence this year...maybe 'Good Scoop' shall from this point forward be renamed 'Providence Scoop'
 
For some perspective:

Scoop's impressive performance (9 assists in 17 minutes) would not, if continued over 40 minutes, match Sherm's school record of 22 assists.

That Sherm was pretty good.

Lucky guess. Wow, that's surprising to hear we were 3-4 in the league at that point. Wouldnt have guessed it.
