Scoop vs Dion running the point

There were discussions on this board about JB's substitution patterns at the end of the game regarding putting Scoop in instead of BT when he was hot. JB explained that Scoop is just better at running the offense. After watching Dion dribble around on two straight possessions and only trying to make a play when the clock ran down, Scoop came in and we made another small run.
