Heading to Seattle for 5 days with the wife. Looking specifically for any restaurant or bar recommendations.

If you want to go somewhere that's pretty bonkers, check out Unicorn. Went once like 10 years ago. Their "signature drink" name would probably be blocked on here.

Was just there a few weeks ago after a cruise.

Rondo Japanese Kitchen in Capitol Hill is great and has a wonderful happy hour.

Also, if you want a unique bar with a terrific beer(and also a full bar) selection I'd suggest The Pine Box.

Get some great teriyaki and find a street vendor that'll dona Seattle dog.

I don't know if they still do it but Maximilien at Pike Place had an excellent happy hour.

Canlis. Terrific. Very romantic. I envy you having the opportunity. Try their salad made at the table. Best ever. I have the recipe and make it of often. Always draws compliments.

Funny. Grabbed a case of mixed IPAs from Elysian yesterday at Costco. Space Diust is tasty. Lots of great beer out there.
