I hear ya. I was just thinking about Clemson - they usually play one ranked OOC and South Carolina plus the ACC - and seem to get the same amount of credit.

If the coastal division ever holds up their end of the bargain for the ACC championship game, the perception will change. That division has been such a dud for so long. Between Alabama's division and playing really good Georgia teams in the SEC championship game, their schedule is legit. Some of the other SEC teams that like to ride Alabama's coat tails as their fans chant "SEC SEC" can't say that.
