Why are people criticizing Butler at #13?

They were 4-0 vs top 25 - Two wins vs Villanova, beat Arizona, Beat Cincy
They were 10-4 vs top 50.

They had a few bad losses, but given the drop-off after #11 or #12, this ranking on the s-curve made perfect sense.
