Offers are going out from Babers and co...is the main driver there filling gaps in the team as short term fix or is Coach a bit more open to building the program with JUCO's as a consistent part of his blueprint? Maybe not a large part but a pipeline he has no issues to tap perhaps?

When you have a brand new staff with a different scheme than the prior staff it makes sense to bring in JUCOs or grad transfers who can make an immediate impact. It is probably going to take several recruiting classes for Babers to bring in the type of players he needs to run his system.

Good points Legacy...wondering also with Babers prior assistant coach jobs if there are any coaching influences that may have built with JUCO as part of DNA? In my opinion being strategic in looking at team strengths/weaknesses and looking at that pipeline as needed yearly for a prospect or three can be a good approach. Thx for your thoughts...
