cannot possibly see how this works, or don't understand it. What I do understand having taught anatomy and orthopedics for 30 years is that there's zero chance its hitting the internal juglar, which as the name suggests is internal beneath a bunch of other structures. The external juglar yes. Still even with what they are saying don't see it, other than causing the unintended consequence of headaches from increased blood flow and pressures to the head. Maybe I'm missing something.
