IMHO I have been saying for quite a while that there is a huge disparity between the top of the BE and the rest of the conference. And I think that the projections for the BE for the NCAA tourny (8 I believe) may be a tad overkill. This seems to be a down year for the BE after watching them play ... ND, Villanova, Cincy only shadows of what they were. Pitt and Marquette are overrated IMO. Louisville I think will be good ... yeah bash me. And UConn of course. Who else?? I do like Seton Hall but they are dependent on Theodore and Pope ... take one or the other away and nada. The bottom feeders are beating up on each other (ie: St. Johns over Providence?) Rutgers? Who? They'll live high off their Florida victory for the next 3 months while getting pounded by the rest of the BE (Yeah, we're 0-15 in the BE but we beat Florida ... we should go to the tourny). Georgetown, to me is a big question mark. Where the hell did they come from?... I don't think they'll last. And USF? There is not a team deeper than SU. IMO there is not a team as talented as SU. I may be biased (actually I am) but there isn't a team in the BE that is near the quality of SU ... overall.
