So does just about every other Coach. Cal is an exception not the rule. Kansas has to recruit nationally as they don't have the regional talent base. They have the glamour and history to do it. JB's process is to select a small number of high possibility prospects. Ones that he has personally met and to his own satisfaction determined they are able to play and contribute at SU, are seriously considering SU, are in a position to commit to SU rather than being steered away by outside influences and will in fact make it to SU if they commit, has proven successful. Not always right but the second winningest Coach, Hall of Fame, etc. No different than most other programs.

Check the rosters of UNC and Villanova.[U] All[/U] regional players. Roy, Jay and JB must  know something.
