It sounds like that too but if I were them I wouldn't hold my breath as I don't think he lands here and have some sort of back-up plan or maybe they'll just try to land someone in the portal.

I'd disagree a little there, my friend. Duke has buzz for Smith, no doubt about it. However, when I talk to analysts or read their intel, other teams that come up for Smith are Georgetown, Syracuse, Kentucky and Arkansas. All of them, as far as I can tell, are in play for Smith.
