It would be surprising for a recruit to publicly disparage a program practice. I think the TTO connections are probably more likely.

Just read an article this morning about Smith comparing Duke and Syracuse. His NIL evaluation is $600,000. He was impressed with Duke and their willingness to play freshman. He was pleasantly surprised with his visit to Syracuse. He was impressed with their uptempo practices and coaches relationships with players. He said their practice was like a Team Takeover practice. That was a positive, not what some people here was a knock on practices. After reading the article, I feel better about SU’s chances.

You gotta take those lists with a grain of salt. Syracuse is recruiting Jordan extremely hard; he's said that numerous times.

in the one article they mention the schools that contact him the most and they didn’t have SU as one, but in the article we were one of the schools they listed. They didn’t even mention one of the schools they said were contacting him the most.
