I don’t know. Your right in what you say and he isn’t a pure iso guy, thos highlights above show his having a good handle and making iso moves to make his own space and get into the lane for short jumpers.

I agree , he can put it on the floor and maneuver to get shots, but his game isn’t going one on one. He’s will be one of those guys who constantly slides to open spots on the floor. His teammates need to find him.

VCU has no Slovenians on their roster. Neither does Siena.

But Penn State has two. So I am going to speculate this is Brunt at work. PSU probably was looking at Morano and Blunt suggested the staff look at his film.

Saw the top agent for Euro hoops prospects strongly recommends getting 2 rather than one from the same place. Says it makes the adjustment easier and more likely to succeed. PSU did this.

Don’t be surprised if we add another soon.

I like that he is not just a spot up shooter. He can shoot off movement or off the dribble. It's much easier to run sets for those type of shooters (like the stuff we ran for Rautins).

Good/great start for Gerry. But some of the talk about starting, playing time, displacing player X is premature. Not saying he won't. But, let's see what his game looks like at this level and who else we have on the roster before talking in absolutes - not aimed at you, hoops.

Wow so cool to randomly see someone commit to Syracuse. A few thoughts. He's a pretty tall kid in a league without much size and his rebounding numbers are pretty non existent. He seems too slow to guard the 2 so we have a non rebounding forward on our hands. This team is going to need shooting, so I feel like there will be a place for him, but I will need to see him defend before I think of him as more than a bench piece.
