shafer was very stressed, i was trying to ascertain what the primary reason was. obviously relieved re the win, but i also feel that he knows that the coaches failed in this one--and thats on him. from my perspective the players for the most part were very casual and arrogant, not physically tough, ---seems they maybe reading to much about how good they are--worst part is that they believe it---prior to proving it----i understand mcd calling plays that give wilson some confidence, but i did not see a ol or vaunted running game. bullough, is a total mystery to me ---i understand nothing about his scheme in this game.

I have a feeling Shafer is even more stressed after reviewing the film...

Seeing SS so agitated in the Press Conf actually made me feel better. The guy was more pissed and embarrassed than I was.

Even though I was so disgusted immed after the win now 36 hours later my attitude is:

We're 1-0 which is a million times better than 0-1

Maybe this shxtty game will be the best thing to happen to us by refocusing and motivating the ENTIRE team to step up their game

Btw let's not forget that Hunt took a cheap shot from #15 2 plays earlier which is really what was behind the punch but TV never showed us that late hit.
