The Texas job is a lot like Notre Dame. A football first school with lots of money that will get you less scrutiny as basketball coach. Texas has shown it can bring in big time recruits. Smart can run his system with better access to recruits, better athletes and better basketball players. He can turn it into a powerhouse and will have more time than a basketball first school to do it.
