I did the same thing and couldn't find it but when others posted that it was on 398 in Syracuse and Rochester I tried that and got to watch the second half.
Time Warner is NOT to blame - this is all CNYCentral's fault - they have the rights to SU Games not aired by ESPN/MSG/Yes - and they would rather air The Biggest Loser.
I have time warner, and while I am not thrilled with our tv coverage this year, I was able to watch the game last night. All you need to do is sign up for a time warner login and password, go to espn3.com, search for the syracuse game and you can watch it. My 15 year old niece was even nice enough to connect an HDMI cord from her laptop to my sisters tv to get it on a full screen.
