'Shunned'? Congrats to the writer on the pitiful attempt to create some kind of David-and-Goliath rivalry.
His recruiting period coincided with the departure of Greg Robinson and arrival of Doug Marrone but he was shunned.
His Yahoo recruiting page doesn't even show that he was interested in Syracuse.
He wanted to go to Iowa, didn't get an offer, and now he and his teammates want all FBS programs to be scared.
I wish people would just play the game and shut up.

Thats the attitude these Div 1AA NY players have. The one RB from Stony Brook felt the same way last year because Syracuse didnt really recruit them. I know its hard to believe but we only have 25 scholarships, we cant recruit everybody. Does Vermont have a fball team? Lets play them next year.

I think we did recruit the one RB from Stony Brook and Marrone was quoted as saying he's a guy we really liked but ran out of spots. Maysonyet I believe it was.

The Wagner kids should be miffed that Stony Brook didn't recruit them, not Syracuse.

If not being good enough motivates you, then go crazy. If you lose the game, you can always cry yourself to sleep in your pillow while watching Rudy.
