Shuttle bus/quad walk complaint

Fran makes a big deal about wanting everyone to be at the quad walk, there would be a lot more people at the quad walk if they started the shuttle service from comstock, colvon, and Skytop earlier then 15 mins before the walk. Come on guys do better

As much as I like the idea of a quad walk, it kinda doesn’t work at SU. Ed can come up with something better
