...we need 3 of the 5 starters to have good games. Any three. You wouldn't think that is too hard but it seldom happens anymore. Last night we had two - Ennis and Grant. The other 3 were 5-26. They did chip in one assist. Against Gtech we had two - Ennis and Fair. The other 3 (no Grant) were 5-17 and again contributed a single assist. Against UVA everyone stunk except Rak. Against Duke it was Fair and Grant and everyone else stunk (Rak couldn't stay on the floor).

I guess this is sort of a master of the obvious point - but we can't win with only 1-2 guys playing well, but aside from the FSU game that is what we've been getting for a month.

It's open season for our two spot next season. Cannot have such a lack of productivity out there.
Two points on that:
1. Yes no doubt. He is 34% overall in acc play. 10.8 ppg, 2.26 rpg, .7 apg. And he has played a ton of minutes.
2. That being said, we don't exactly create a lot of good looks for him. Granted he has been missing even those, but the lack of other creators on the team doesn't make it easy for him.

Simple recipe for success...WIN for crying out loud!

You can say that about a lot of teams. Unless you have Doug McDermott or "good" Russ Smith you'll need 3 players to play really well at the same time to win.

Yeah I know...it is an obvious point. But it feels like it has been especially glaring for us - we have a rotating two guys play well. Almost never 3.
