Sixers beat Lakers

J. Grant 14 Pts, 7 Reb, 4 Ast, 1 Stl, 4 Blk in 31 minutes 6-7 from the field.

It's sad, but Kobe is absolutely killing the Lakers. He's not an NBA caliber player anymore. That he's out there taking 26 shots is absolutely ridiculous.

He got his Philly homecoming game in. Now sit him until late March, and let him play a few home games then.

Sixers were getting close recently and this was going to happen eventually, but you are right. It's like watching Willie Mays play for the Mets in his last year. Sad sums it up well.

Meanwhile, Jerami put up some nice numbers tonight. The number of blocks he gets as a small forward is remarkable.

Man, the Lakers are bad right now. Kobe 4-17 from 3. LA outscored 53-33 in 2nd half.

It's always a shame when a legend fades away and starts embarrassing themselves. He should have retired 2 years ago.

I thought Kobe and Derek Jeter both should of retired when they both suffered catastrophic injuries in their last productive years. Peyton Manning should of retired after last year. Athletes tend to stay tooo long.

Its like Willie Mays with the Mets, very sad to see.

Sad to see but that money is impossible to turn down.

People still remember Jordan winning 6, not his time with the Wizards. These guys legacies have already been written, hanging on for a few extra years is not only lucrative but it's also not going to put a dent on their overall accomplishments at all.
