Devito NEVER had the luxury of the pocket time that Collins has gotten. If I recall correctly, TDV usually average less than 3 seconds to get rid of the ball.

he doesnt throw a bad ball. Just cant see the field that well yet, 24-10 at worst if he makes the simple throw to the RB and we are still in the game,
