It takes time, he is a bundle of nerves out there right now, it's unfortunate that we play so slow right now because a great way to get him involved would be in transition where he can finish without thinking too much.  OH well...

I agree with your point on what JB is trying to accomplish but he still comes across as a real dickhead regardless.  I am fine with it and I am sure he doesn't care but the perception is 100% vaild
