It's that new chat feature. Go to settings (top right) and check "disable chat." Worked for me on my desktop, don't know about mobile devices.

From what I can see, after disabling/enabling/disabling again, you have to be in the chat room to have access to the Settings/Disable Chat feature.

I unchecked everything and it still showed up on my desktop.
