Yeah. The thought was that it works in college because college qb's aren't good enough to work their way down the field without making a drive killing mistake. Well apparently ACC qb's with ACC olines and ACC skill position talent are good enough.Definitely want to see us change to an aggressive attacking style. Create havoc. This passive, sit back in a zone and try to take the ball away like gentlemen...no mas!

Yeah. It only works with elite personnel. Tampa bay had that but not enough offense to complement it. Indianapolis had it with their pass rushers, but that's all. I always thought Indianapolis hurt themselves in the playoffs by running it too much. The concept of Manning getting a lead and forcing teams to keep up worked great in the regular season, but in the playoffs they were bound to meet up with someone (most often the Pats) that would slow their offense down enough or use the running game to exploit the soft Indy middle. I wanted more sucess for Freeney and Harrison. There is a reason NFL teams stopped using it. QBs don’t make many mistakes these days, college or pro, unless it’s Winston at Tampa Bay, and the rules are so in the offense’s favor.
Id take him at this point. WKU wasn’t bad in the bowl game against WMUSurprised Clayton White’s name hasn’t resurfaced.
He's too expensive for us!What's Charlie Strong doing?
USF owes him ~$2.5m per year over the next two years. He can go where ever he wants. He's too expensive for us!
