I'm trying to stand up for our defense. Is there something wrong with being a Syracuse partisan on this site?

If being a partisan means ignoring facts...have at it. Our defense has shown well, I truly believe, but we will see how they do on the field. But wishing they were slower won’t make it so.

There's track speed and pads on game speed. What I saw from Bellamy was elite with the pads on, game breaking speed that will play in the NFL. There are a lot of really fast guy who run track that don't look that great when the pads are on and people are trying to tackle you. The defense gave up 2 big runs to that guy.
