You'd be very shocked to hear what Floyd has to say...It's not supportive of certain position coaches...

Ok, we're all focused on the offense, but we have other large issues too.

Who works with Shafer to fix the ST?
Who mentors him on using time outs wisely and managing the clock better?
Who has the heart to heart about punting to gain 20 yds of field position?

If we really have to do all of that then why wouldn't we hire a new head coach. One who already knows this stuff.
