Dion Waiters has been doing really well since the Irving injury.

In the 9 games since he's been getting 35+ minutes, he's been averaging 21.2 points, shooting 48 percent, and getting 5.2 assists. Efficient and consistent. Great signs.

Those are Kyrie's averages on the year. He's proving that he is just as good as Irving if put in the top scorer role. In his 2nd year, he's already on the verge of being a 20ppg guy.

I love watching dion play especially during this stretch. Cleveland has actually been playing decent with Waiters in an expanded role. Also I'm not sure who posted the article about Dion maturing, but it seems like he has when you watch his recent games.
