Yeah...this is very puzzling for me as well.

That said, all those 3 and outs never helps any D but wow, they looked so overmatched. Reminded me of that BC game when they just ran the same play over and over again.

Off a damn bye week and get beaten like that by a meh team. Awful. Then three penalties on first four plays. I think Dino wants to be fired and knows he can’t quit. I’m no longer bleeding orange for football but I’m seeing red. On to hoops

For years people have told us it’s okay to have small fast players on our D because “scheme”. But, when the other team has big fast players, it doesn’t matter much. Plus, our players aren’t all that fast or super athletic. There are no Corey Moores out there playing for us. We can’t get to the QB and we can’t stop the run because our players aren’t physically capable of doing it. I don’t know if Rocky is good or not ( White at this point seems like he’s better) but our recruiting is really suspect.

Maybe our defensive players just aren't very good.

There are some that make big plays, and held 5 drives to FGs last night.

If we had any semblence of offense these past 4 games, we may have played better defense.
