Hofstra winning this game ensures even more so we are prepared and take them seriously. Also since Pitt is already crapping the bed maybe it makes it better for our non conference slate if we can beat the Pride handily.

Hofstra is #118 in KP. I know nothing about them, but based on that number its not a gimme game.

There is a reason that P5 teams tend to avoid Q3 level teams in OOC play. They are hard to control from a margin perspective (not easy to run up score), and more importantly they have some bad loss risk.

I don’t get the connection but am happy to share a Julie Newmar GIF. Not my era but she looks talented!
So, I love all things 1960s Batman TV and film, and Adam West in the movie's DVD commentary has a hilarious line where he says something like "There's a curious sensation in my utility belt when you're around, Catwoman." I think he says it during this scene maybe. Could be wrong, that gif might be from the show and not the movie.

Anyway, it's his typical perfect line delivery.

Between Julie Newmar's Catwoman and Yvonne Craig's Batgirl that show cast some people that were definitely not ugly. Plus I think in general a lot of the style from the 60s looked flattering on people. It's well before my time and obviously nostalgia gets romanticized but I think they got a lot right fashion wise that decade.

She played the Devil in the Twilight Zone episode “Of Late I Think of Cliffordsville”. It’s one of the weaker episodes - the makeup on Albert Salmi was awful, and he was miscast in this one. The only saving grace was Newmar’s memorable portrayal of the Devil. Very talented actress, roles like the Devil and Catwoman with mischievousness but not malevolent she excelled at.

But I also have no idea how Julie Newmar became a topic in this discussion.

Julie Newmar should always be a topic of discussion!
