Son’s 1st Dome Game

Quite the exciting game for my 13 year olds first Dome game! He was loving it while I was worried about us being eliminated from NCAAT consideration 3 games into the year.

Great seats 211 A right on mid court. Went to Varsity afterwords then blew three bills at Mannys. He’s already talking about our next trip. Having a blast!

Off to check into my hotel and then find something to do tonight.

Yeah, for sure great memories. The crowd was into it late in the game. You know how kids are? He’ll probably be trying to talk me into season tickets and an apartment in Syracuse next year.

It's like me and my 12 year old... except I'm the one trying to convince him for season tickets and Syracuse living.

The year was 2013.
Some very generous near on stranger bought me and my son tickets to the Penn State football game in "Joisey".

We met TexanMark and tptcuse among others I'm sure. My son was 6 at the time and everyone that day was so welcoming and I'll never forget it! My son is now 17 and off to college next year, phew time flies by.

I would love to repay the favor one day and hope to meet up again. Seriously, IO and everyone I met these past many years were awesome.

I owe you! Hope to get to another game but man, dragging a teen to it will be a challenge
I think we got to say hi at one point during the first half but my son was not feeling well and we left early.
Still, it was a beautiful day and tailgating and meeting board members was the best part of it.
