Dont need to defend BEast poor play in tourney anymore.

Typically one team makes final 4, and rest underperform (many badly). Its been sad.

Has to be said that the Big East is just not representing well in this tourney. Whether or not its because the league is overrated or the officiating has resulted in this, but the results are the same - bad.

Lots of scores in the 40's or 50's - lots of just ugly, slow paced basketball.

The grabbing and hacking allowed by Big East refs surely does bite the grabbers and hackers at tournament time. I have been thinking that all day.
