In addition smokers pay cigarette taxes their entire life which offsets much of the medical expenses. And lastly, in most of these idyllic single payer socialist country's such as Holland and Belgium, euthanasia is very easy to get for almost any reason so why the hell can't people decide whether they want to smoke or not?
