Opponents Punt Returns: 74-763, avg 10.3, 1 td

Kickoff Returns: 183-4054, avg 22.15, 1 td
Opponents Kickoff Returns 174-3880, avg 22.3 3 tds

We've had 2 punts blocked and 4 fg's blocked. We haven't blocked any punts. I couldn't find #'s of our fg blocks.

Also couldn't figure out how to find fumbles forced or # of times we've fumbled on special teams.

It's a little bit incomplete but reinforces what we've all thought - we are getting our ass kicked on special teams.

we are good enough to win with our offense and defense. The fact is the third phase of the game has cost us two games this year. You have to be competent in all phases of the game to win consistently and on specials we are terrible, put that with the fact we are terrible at protecting the ball and make dumb penalties and that is the recipe of a team that does not win more games than it loses. Great offenses lose games if they dont play good defense(see west virginia) Great defenses lose games when they cant score(see LSU) . When you are just decent in two phases and very bad in one phase like we are you are going to have troubles.
