It is amazing what the books are allowed to do with the online stuff and limits. Limits are fine. But they should be across the board for everyone. If you want to post a 60-1 fine but the limit should not be $1 or something stupid.

no real casino book has a $1 limit on a bet why should an online one be able too?
After a year or two into these legalized gambling, I'm not impressed with the "games" that these sites try to pull off. I toggle between Caesers and Fan Duel, and I guess I would rate Fan Duel a little better, but neither one wants has made me a completely satisfied consumer.

Yeah Bet River isn't even a book. Funniest thing is that I am undoubtedly a losing player there. I have a ULL Sun Belt ticket and Buckeyes natty ticket pending with them and then I am done wasting my time waiting for a $75 outright ticket to get approved.

The best book I have ever dealt with is BetOnline and the "legals" will never be as good as them without some legislation to regulate their bs actions. And that will never happen.

Let's have a golf season!!!

This is an interesting week for some prop bets in the NFL. Being the last week of the regular season players have alot of $$$ on the line if they meet certain stats for bonuses$ within their contracts.
1 example is Mike Evans needing something like 85 yds to reach a 3million$ bonus. Hes literally guaranteed to get 85 yds. Baker will get a nice gift for feeding him the ball, sure of that.
Theres a ton of examples out there.

Semi-related, does anyone have any fun punishments for last-place fantasy football finishes? A couple years ago someone went viral for documenting their punishment of having to stay at a Waffle House for 24 hours with each waffle eaten knocking off an hour.

A post from another league this year requires the loser to bowl a perfect game with each beer or hot dog consumed knocking off 10 pins. The food and drink must be consumed between the games, and they accrue, so if you down 2 beers and 2 dogs before rolling a single ball, 260 is your magic number, and if you fall short you can down another two beers and dogs before the next game and only need 220, etc.

yea, i figured. Just perfectly within or out of reach. Id still think over.
Interesting to track anyways.

Ill also put a wager on Tucker to score a TD this week. TB might have the W by 4th qtr. A good time for the backup RB to score a TD.

You have to go to an SU hoops game in January. Picture of the scoreboard required for proof.

Gino Smith has a bunch of them

Geno Smith potential Week 18 bonuses

- Seahawks 10th win of the season: $2 million payout

- Total 186 passing yards: $2 million payout

- Season completion rate over 69.755%: $2 million payout

All of these are well within reach, especially the first one with Garoppolo playing the part of Matt Stafford this week. Smith needs the 186 yards to bring his total on the year above his career-high 4,282 passing yards. He has averaged 256 per game on the year, so that's easily obtainable as well. For the moment his completion rate is 70.2% on the year, so he'd have to miss a lot of passes to drop below the payout mark.

System play came in today. Unranked home team Nebraska -2.5 beat #15 UCLA 66-58

Wow!
Thats quite the motivation to play well.
Ill be watching that one to see how it plays out. Plus a wager of some sort.

I had a couple of NFL futures that I cashed in for $500 and decided to let it ride on a college hoops parlay of

Florida -3
UGA +1.5
Baylor -5.5

the first two were over when Baylor went to halftime up 35-20. The live line for Cinci was +14.5 so I put $500 on Cinci +14.5 as a hedge / arbitrage attempt. Baylor ended up winning by 20 but it was a juicy enough middle for 16.6% of the profit.

Couple of system plays today
#3 Iowa St. @ Texas Tech -2.5
#17 Oklahoma @ Georgia -7.5
