Spring Game April 20th | 7 PM

The first spring ball of the Fran Brown era of Syracuse football culminated in a record attendance for a spring football game, with 16,579 tickets out for the AmeriCU Spring Game. Those fans were treated to over two hours of intra-squad scrimmage action.

McCord will be the difference this year. Confident, poised, throws the ball well, carries out fakes well.

Yasin Willis is a gamer, a good back with speed and is itching to run

Pena. Great to see him back – caught a few balls McCord’s primary tonight

Gill will be a target

Finally threw to Villari who made the best of the catch scratching for the end zone

Allen looks great, “the back”

O Line opening some holes and protecting McCord

The first set I think is More 77 , Ellis 76 Petry 72. Ellis moving good.

The 2nd set I think is Josh Miller 73, Cruz 78 and LLaoa 55. Based on his stance Miller looks like he's reppin the drill at tackle.

Pena showed some stuff that many early in the week didnt think he had. If he plays like that, he becomes Phillips with a bit more after the catch and that's a huge thing with a QB who can make throws.

It’s a 1 credit fall class.

The hardest 1 credit class on the hill.

Everybody turns in their band uniforms at the end of the football season.

Now, maybe Sour Sitrus Society coulda played today, since at least they were still doing their thing up til early March.

I don't like the airing of dirty laundry in public. And there was some snark about closing doors and the mic not working. Appreciate the honesty but there are times and places for certain things. And some things can be said behind closed doors.

Personal opinion. Also, he swears a lot under his breath. Nitpicky but saying 'sh**' with the Donovan Brown question is not appropriate. Again, personal opinion.
