Malachi killed my spring game plans. Headed to Houston instead...
No go for me. Neither is Houston.
Those of you attending, pack a spare liver.
Embassy Suites has a managers happy hour from 5-7 pm,all you can drink for free.Hey do we have uber in Syracuse? Ori might need to book a room at the courtyard
:vomit:Despite life being hectic as ever I'm finally making the trek north for this years Spring game (first time ever). Who's joining me?
Also my oldest (15 year old) will be joining me and is planning to play football for the first time this season. Whats the on field player meet and greet like afterwards? Would the players allow him to pick their brains a bit or will they not have the time given the amount of youngsters looking to meet them? Also, how long does the actual scrimmage portion normally run?
I vote for watching hoops at the change of pace and a chorus of one shining moment in the front room just for the karma
That day was one of the board peaks IMO
What position does he play? If it's DT, have your son hit up my son. Steven would be glad to talk shop with your kid.
Won't be able to make it up there this spring. It's just too far. Will be up there for either the BC or FSU game, though. Will try to make a week of it.VERY much appreciate the offer and I may try and meet Steven first hand anyway but my son is decidedly not a line prospect @ 5'10 155. Position is unknown as all he's done is off season lifting but due to his track accolades he's had classmates recruiting him for the past year +. Mom finally ok'd him to play so we'll see how it goes. Coaches told him he'll play FS on defense and presume RB or WR on offense. He's never played football in any capacity though so will be interesting to see how he runs in pads.
Will you and yours be able to make the trek North?

I was planning to go, but going to the final four has trumped the Spring game.

In. Will be sitting on the eastern side of section 116 (visiting team sideline), about halfway down. This is the normal meeting spot for the members of the Loyal Buffalo of Syracusefan.com club. Anyone who wants to sit with us is invited. Except Rutgers fans. You have to sit in the upper deck, quarantined from civilized people.
Might bring a person or two with me.
I am thinking I might try and do a live broadcast on Periscope with my phone. Maybe. If not, I will tweet a lot during the scrimmage. Spotters needed. Or maybe a color person for the broadcast...
